Staying Positive

Staying Positive

It’s never easy to stay positive when you are going through something or your day starts off on a bad note. For example you spill something on your clothes as soon as you get to work or you lock yourself out of the house and car (things I’ve done several times).  But I’ve found that if you choose to start everyday with a blank slate or not dwell on the negative it can make a huge impact!

So this week I Challenge you all to try to start each day with a blank slate 🙂  Try it out and let me know how it goes.

  • Great idea, Sarah! Positive thinking can be hard, but we can retrain ourselves to put aside the negative thoughts and look at life in a more positive way. Starting the day fresh is a great idea!

  • Lovely, but brief post… What I would like to know is how you stay positive in the face of adversity and thunderstorms coming your way? 🙂 xxx #TribalLove

    • Hi Sassy,
This was one of my very first posts so it was a little short. Think I was just being self conscious.

I stay positive by working hard to let things go that happened the previous day. Always remembering how lucky I am to have the people in my life. And I put a cap on how long I vent or get grumpy.

Of course these things dont always work when you are just having the worst day. But trying to stay positive and not cynical honestly helps make me happier.

Accepting the things that you cant personally change also helps a lot. I had to learn that pretty early in life.

      Thanks for reading!

      Sarah
